If Haverfords had a human version of a Swiss Army knife, it would be Anna, our Office Manager. Highly productive, famously efficient, and the proud brewer of the best coffee in the office (don’t even try to argue), Anna is the kind of person who gets things done before you even realise they need doing.
Her office management skills are second to none: from keeping schedules, coordinating workflows, and managing client communications to ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations, Anna makes it all look effortless. Her document handling is the stuff of compliance dreams — neat, secure, confidential, and taken very seriously.
She’s also the in-house IT wizard — when something breaks, glitches, freezes, or simply refuses to cooperate, Anna’s the one who fixes it (yes, sometimes with the magic of “off and on again,” but also with actual tech know-how that makes the rest of us look like we’ve just discovered email).
Anna is also the unofficial plant caretaker, the bravest cold-water swimmer we know, and a fan of any challenge that involves steep hills and muddy boots. During half-terms, she brings in her son Leon, who happily takes on his shredding duties and gets a little behind-the-scenes work experience.
When she’s not cross-stitching or hiking up a mountain, she’s bringing bursts of creativity (and just the right amount of silliness) to our marketing ideas. Because sometimes, the best innovations start with a laugh.
